Scholarship Requirements & Application
- Be a high school senior at the time of application
- Possess a minimum cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, or equivalent
- Submit an official or unofficial high school transcript verifying academic standing and GPA
- Participate in high school sports
- Be a United States citizen or permanent legal resident
- Be enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited U.S. post secondary institution for the upcoming academic term
- Two letters of recommendation, one from a school official and one from a coach
