Be a high school senior at the time of application
Possess a minimum cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, or equivalent
Submit an official or unofficial high school transcript verifying academic standing and GPA
Participate in high school sports
Be a United States citizen or permanent legal resident
Be enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited U.S. post secondary institution for the upcoming academic term
Two letters of recommendation, one from a school

official and one from a coach.
